Day Trading on Instagram: "In November 2018, James Cordier’s firm, OptionSellers.com, collapsed after a failed bet on natural gas. Cordier had bet that prices would not rise. Instead, natural gas spiked more than 20 percent in just a few days. The sudden move triggered heavy margin calls, wiping out nearly $150 million of client money and leaving investors with another $35 million in losses owed to the firm’s broker, INTL FCStone. After the collapse, Cordier posted an apology video, admitting th
