WILKES-BARRE — Mayor George C. Brown and city fire department officials unveiled on Wednesday a new community outreach initiative featuring trading cards spotlighting firefighter/EMTs and paramedics.
An initiative through the state has free resources that are used to help spread the love during the holiday season.
