MSI has officially unveiled the GeForce RTX 5090 32G LIGHTNING Z at CES 2026, marking the return of its LIGHTNING graphics card series after seven years. The new model is positioned as MSI’s most advanced flagship GPU,

MSI has announced a new line of PC components that include displays, actual desktop PCs, All-in-One PCs and more at CES 2026. This line is MSI's new PRO MAX line that is aimed for high-end performance as it features a matching white color aesthetic with all the announced devices.

While the Crosshair 16 Max HX has some updates over the previous generation, it maintains the more inconspicuous chassis design. The 2026 Crosshair has a bit of RGB on the keyboard, but otherwise keeps the design fairly low-key, with an MSI logo and subtle mecha-style accents on the lid.

On that front, MSI explains: "MSI equips the Raider 16 Max HX with the all-new Cooler Boost Trinity with Intra Flow thermal system—featuring three fans, six heat pipes, five exhaust vents, and phase-change thermal compound."
