News 9 crews at the scene, located near South Shields Boulevard and Southeast 41st Street, reported Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Oklahoma City Police Officers at the scene. Multiple people were detained by officers at the scene, although no arrests have been confirmed at this time.
