Cambodia said Thursday it arrested and extradited the chairman of Prince Group, Chen Zhi, who South Korea sanctioned over kidnappings linked to online job scams.

Chen Zhi, who has been accused by the US of running one of Asia’s largest criminal cyber scam organisations, has been arrested in Cambodia and sent to China.

In late October 2025, Singapore police launched an enforcement operation against Chen Zhi and his associates, whom they have been investigating since 2024.
